What is this?
A scripted concept demonstration of an AI-powered Fleet Operations Center for a fictional cruise line operator, Meridian Cruise Group. The center monitors a 102-vessel fleet across 5 sub-brands in real time.
Nine specialized AI watch agents brief the FOC commander on fleet status, weather, ports, OT health, guest experience, security, network posture, medical surveillance, and regulatory compliance. The Chief Risk Officer synthesizes the watch into an executive heat-grid.
This is not a live system. It is a concept demo built to showcase how the ServiceNow + Everbridge + Ekatra Emergency Event Management reference architecture adapts to cruise line fleet operations.

Demonstrates the full six-phase EEM lifecycle: Detect → Assess → Activate → Execute → Communicate → Audit, ending in safe diversion of all vessels with audit-ready regulatory evidence preserved.
